Week 7 Fitness Challenge
Hi all,
Below is the challenge for Week 7 of the Coláiste Mhuire Fitness Challenge. This week, we are going to focus on getting out & active for 5 days of the week. To be entered into this weeks competition, you must complete a 3km walk/run on 5 different days OR complete more than 20km over the course of the week.
Remember, the recommended guidelines for Physical Activity for young people is 30 minutes of moderate/vigorous physical activity every day, we by doing your 3k walk/run every day you are close to achieving this goal🏃♀️🏃🏼♂️
Will the 1st years stay at the top of the leaderboard for the third week in a row? Will the staff catch up with the other year groups? We will have to wait until next Sunday at 9pm to find out!
