Hi all,

Below is the challenge for Week 8 of the Coláiste Mhuire Fitness Challenge. To be entered in this week’s competition, you must complete a 5km walk/run in under 40 minutes. The more 5km’s you complete within this time, the more entries you get to the competition!

We feel that this week’s challenge is achievable for all students, so why not challenge yourself to get out and get active, and complete a 5k in the fastest time possible!
