Promoting Numeracy Initiative

The Transition year maths students have been very busy planning lessons and activities to deliver to primary school students for the last few weeks as part of our promoting numeracy initiative. The week before the midterm, we visited our local primary school where we gave lessons on patterns to the Junior Infants, time to the Senior infants, money to Fifth class and Venn Diagrams to Sixth class.

We look forward to returning after midterm giving more lessons and doing fun maths activities with the primary school students.
