Our Memory Tree 2020
Over the past number of weeks some Transition Year students have forged friendships with residents of Aperee Living in Churchtown. From writing letters and Christmas cards to creating an art mural entitled “Our Memory Tree 2020”. The display was comprised of students own photographs of lockdown and will be displayed in the nursing home.
Students prepared a musical selection for the residents and held their live concert in the pergola area outside the nursing home today. Well done to all those who sang, played music, read poems or short stories. The spirit of giving is certainly alive and well in the Colaiste.
